Our caring team of qualified therapists are trained in a variety of the most effective models of therapy. We provide evidence-based and feedback-informed care to every client.

We’re anxiety and trauma mental health specialists. We focus on helping children, youth, adults, and families make deeper, more meaningful connections with each other and within themselves. Our goal as a clinic is to help each client and family find healing and strength in their journey.

In every therapeutic session, we follow these three therapeutic principles:

  2. Connection
  3. Communication
Compassion Therapy
Compassion is the First Therapeutic Principle we follow.

1. Compassion

Our main focus is YOU.

We believe you are the expert on your life! We set a foundation of understanding, taking the time to hear your experiences and your goals in therapy. 

Connection is the second principle and key for healing in therapy.

2. Connection

Next, we work to recognize the causes, triggers, and symptoms in your everyday life. Each individual responds to and carries the weight of trauma differently from one another.

Recognizing how your unique experiences have shaped your truth and finding connection with you is essential to our therapeutic process

Communication, the third key, opens the doors of secrets that keep us sick.

3. Communication

Finally, we are always learning the best way to communicate. Our team of caring therapists spends countless hours expanding their knowledge through new and in-depth research and training.

However, we maintain the stance that YOU are the expert on your life and we learn the most through listening to you.

We are constantly learning from the strength and healing that each of our clients demonstrate along their therapeutic journey.
