Next, we work to recognize the causes, triggers, and symptoms in your everyday life. Each individual responds to and carries the weight of trauma differently from one another.
Recognizing how your unique experiences have shaped your truth and finding connection with you is essential to our therapeutic process.
Finally, we are always learning the best way to communicate. Our team of caring therapists spends countless hours expanding their knowledge through new and in-depth research and training.
However, we maintain the stance that YOU are the expert on your life and we learn the most through listening to our clients.
