Experiencing Addictive Behaviors ... What Can You Do?
Step 1. Realize you are not broken!
The information in our system addresses their questions.
The understanding of addiction is the same no matter if it is drugs, sex, alcohol or some other addictive behavior.
It starts in the brain.
There are many that I have been working with who are sober, married and living happy lives right now.
Step 2. Understand Mindfulness & Awareness
Understanding mindfulness, awareness, acceptance, and change are all encompassed in our system, teaching individuals about those concepts and how to think about this a little bit differently.
One of the greatest challenges and struggles and usually the first question they ask is,
“How do I overcome addictive behaviors, and end this for once and for all?”
We will teach you to think differently about this.
We will teach you that experiencing this and the process is okay.
Our culture is all about fixing things once and for all. If our car breaks down, we take it to the mechanic and don’t drive it out until it’s fixed and we want it fixed … NOW!
If our window breaks, we want it fixed within an hour. We must change our thinking!
When individuals have a session with us, they are doing the same thing.
They say and assume things like, “Well, fix me.”
“How long is this going to take? Four weeks, eight weeks, twelve weeks?”
Our job is for you to think differently about it.
Addictive Behaviors; It's a Lifetime Process
Addiction is not something you can crush, kill, and destroy.
I know you may not want to hear this, and it may be causing some anxiety but what I am saying is the truth.
I won’t lie to you. You have been lied to enough.
This is a process and not an event.
If you don’t agree with me, I have one question for you.
How many times has your past solution attempts worked?
Here’s the truth.
You have tried several times, maybe even hundreds of times and it hasn’t stopped.
It hasn’t disappeared.
You probably have sought advice from ecclesiastical leaders and maybe even other therapists with your same mentality and it just does not work.
Now that we have hopefully encouraged you to start thinking differently, healing can begin.
You have to fix addictive behaviors at right time !
We all have struggles.
We all want things fixed but we must learn to love ourselves for who we are and where we are at in life.
… That is REAL Healing!
I want to introduce you to a system that is helping thousands worldwide.
This system is changing their lives and helping people think differently but with empowerment and hope.
This system has been written with pornography addiction in mind but the principles and understanding are for every person that wants to improve their life … no matter who they are.
