About Brooke

When she’s not doing therapy, you can find Brooke living life to the fullest.

Always down for an adventure, Brooke loves trying new things, being outside, and making memories with her loved ones.

She is a committed Lord of the Rings, Bluey, and book fan.

Brooke has been skydiving twice, snorkeled with dolphins in the wild, and frequently puts applesauce on her waffles, much to her husband’s dismay.

These personal interests and experiences inform her therapeutic approach and help her connect with clients on a deeper level.

Brooke Williams Husband
Brooke loves spending time with her husband.

Brooke’s upbringing, which involved moving around the U.S., has instilled in her a deep appreciation for diversity.

She approaches people and the world with curiosity, seeing beauty, connection, and learning opportunities everywhere.

One of her happy places is Yellowstone (she highly recommends trying the huckleberry sea salt dark chocolate bar there).

Brooke cherishes her time with her husband, often going dancing and hiking.

UTAH FAMILY THERAPY'S UNFILTERED MISSION STATEMENT

Lets face it, who likes to talk about their crap with other people?

If you’re like most clients, you’re used to being judged despite hearing so many people talk about non judgment and when you do open up, it seems like the more you share, the less likely you are to get compassion.

We’ve worked our butts off to create a clinic where the unfiltered, real you, can show up and heal, so dammit give therapy a chance

We love the unfiltered real you, let’s heal together. – Utah Family Therapy Team
