Connection with others helps to open up communication.

Connection is missing in today’s world and so is compassion for the challenges you’re experiencing.

This anxiety support group was made for you, whose needs have not been met through weekly therapy so that you can openly and freely express yourself while getting the support you need.

Start living without fear, worry or concerns and have hope for your future.

In most cases, in our experience, underlying trauma is contributing to your anxiety, OCD, and depression symptoms.

As part of our IOP Program, we assign you a trauma-informed Individual Care Advocate (ICA) who sees you through your therapeutic process, including Groups and One-on-one Treatment.
