Rachel is the friendly face you’ll often connect with first at our office. As Front Desk Manager, she’s here to help make your experience as smooth and comfortable as possible, from scheduling appointments to answering questions along the way.
Rachel enjoys helping people feel at ease and cared for from the moment they reach out. She understands that starting therapy can feel like a big step, and she’s always happy to guide you through the process with patience and kindness.
IOP Manager, Credentialing Specialist
Robin oversees program operations and supports the clinical team to ensure clients receive high-quality, coordinated care.
She also manages provider credentialing and insurance contracting, helping ensure clinicians are properly connected with insurance networks.
Robin is committed to improving access to behavioral health services while supporting a smooth and effective treatment environment.
Billing and Receptionist
Stephanie is a medical billing specialist and receptionist ensuring all insurance claims are submitted accurately– making things easier for the rest of us! Stephanie loves traveling with her family, playing with her grandkids, walking the family dogs, and reading.
